1. Auto Insurance: All Auto Insurance Companies If you were involved in an auto accident, seek care within 14 days of the accident or you lose your medical benefits.
2. Health Insurance: We accept many health plans and we are currently in network with Florida Blue, Cigna, and United Health Care. If your health insurance is not listed here, still contact us. You might have out of network benefits that you can use. For your convenience, we will call your insurance company and verify your benefits before your visit.
3. ChiroHealth USA: A medical discount plan. The ChiroHealthUSA program provides discounts on many of your chiropractic expenses. The program can be used by you and members of your immediate family. While this program is not a replacement for insurance, it can be used to supplement a major medical health insurance policy.
4. Letter of Protection: An LOP is an agreement between you, and us that we will give you all the treatments needed and we will wait on payment until after your personal injury insurance claim is settled.
Many of our patients enroll in our (absolutely free, 0%interest, in house) Payment Plans allowing many to receive treatments in short periods of time such as 4 or 6 weeks, while they pay for their care throughout a 3 or a 6 month period.
